My winning poster I made for The Poster Database community "Somewhere Poster The Rainbow" March 2022 competition.
Each entrant was randomly assigned a random colour HEX code which had to be prominently incorporated into the poster. I got EF6F6C, a lovely shade of salmon pink / soft red.
The colour made me instantly think of Wes Anderson, who loves a soft pastel palette. Then I remembered the colour of the Mendl's packaging from The Grand Budapest Hotel matched perfectly.
